Ruby Elizabeth
Exeter Permanent Makeup Specialist
Hi, my name is Ruby! I am a qualified and insured Permanent Makeup Artist.
I have always had an interest in the beauty industry but hadn’t considered a career until a few years ago when I had my own eyebrows done. I was so impressed with what a difference such a small change could make to not only how I looked, but to my confidence, and I wanted the opportunity to give that back to other people.
I spent plenty of time researching where the best place was to complete my Permenent Makeup training. I trained 1-1 with Sarah Horwood of Sure Aesthetics, who is a multi award winning trainer AND won best trainer of the year 2023 in Permanent Makeup.
I am passionate about permanent makeup and providing a bespoke, personal, high quality service to all my clients with results that are natural, complementary and age appropriate, to features, skin tone and hair colour.
I have carried out many procedures and treatments and gain a huge sense of satisfaction when my clients are delighted with their results, and how their natural beauty has been enhanced.
I conduct my business with discretion and professionalism at all times, ensuring you feel comfortable and relaxed.
After qualifying to the highest UK standard, I now keep up to date with new techniques and equipment and continue to attend advanced workshops and training to hone my skills. Driven by a desire to provide my clients with the best customer service and permanent makeup experience. I personally perform all procedures using only the industry’s leading pigments, equipment and techniques.
I am fully licensed and insured.
I Use Only the Highest Quality Permanent Makeup Pigments on All My Clients…
Pigments
In my treatments, I love using Tina Davies pigments – they were actually created by a fellow Permanent Makeup artist, Tina Davies herself! These pigments are like the superheroes of the beauty world – super high quality, mega-long lasting, and always true to their beautiful colors. Plus, here’s the best part – no unexpected surprises with your eyebrows deciding to change colors on you!
And here’s the cool thing about Tina Davies’ pigments – they’re not just good for your look, they’re good for the planet too! Totally vegan, cruelty-free, hypoallergenic, safe, and super clean and sterile. So, you can sit back, relax, and know you’re getting the best for both you and the world with these awesome pigments!
Your Consultation & Your New Look Designs
Consultation
Before any treatment, a consultation is recommended at least 24 hours prior. During this consultation, we will complete a patch test, and go over your medical history. This is to ensure that permanent makeup is right for you.
Procedure & Anti-Allergy Patch Test
Procedure
Each treatment takes two sessions. You will have your initial appointment, followed by your ‘top up’, 4-6 weeks later. It is completely normal for the colour to be quite bold, which can be a bit of a shock initially, but do not worry as the colour will soften after about 5 days.
The top up appointment is used to iron out any imperfections there may be and to ensure you are happy with the colour and shape of your makeup.
Patch Test
A patch test involves a small scratch behind the ear, which we apply a very small amount of pigment and anaesthetic. This is to ensure you are not allergic to have of the materials used during treatment.
