Deposit: 

At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to pay a deposit of £50 which will be carried forward towards the total cost of the treatment.

Cancellation Policy:

We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited. 

If you do not turn up for a booked appointment, you will be required to pay another £50 deposit to rebook.

If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to complete the treatment as planned and will be classed as a missed appointment.
